This washed coffee from San Marcos, Guatemala, is produced by 20 smallholder farmers growing Caturra and Bourbon varieties at elevations between 1,300 and 1,800 meters. The cherries undergo over 28 hours of fermentation and are slowly dried on raised beds. Flavour profile features fruity notes of red and green apples, sugar cane sweetness, milk chocolate, and a hint of raw almonds. Suitable for both batch brew and espresso.
