So Roaster

SO Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster from Brazil's Sudoeste region—'SO' stands for southwest. The site offers a peek at the company's ambitions: story, impact, brewing, magazine, wholesale, and multiple locations. That's a roaster building a little coffee universe, not just a bean shop. You can grab their specialty coffee beans directly, and if you're lucky, maybe visit one of their spots. The deeper details—sourcing, roast style, who's actually behind it—are tucked away behind the menu. But the Brazilian southwest knows how to grow coffee, and SO has the look of a roaster with roots and a plan. Worth exploring.
