Jack of Clubs is a light roasted specialty coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Edinson Argote at Quebraditas Coffee Farm in Oporapa. Grown at 1,850 metres, this Pink Bourbon varietal undergoes a complex Thermal Shock Washed process involving oxidation, controlled fermentation with specific yeast strains, and thermal shock washing at varying temperatures. The cupping score is 88+. Flavour notes include papaya, honeydew melon, brown sugar and camomile. This is a limited birthday release available in 250g bags, with £1 from each sale supporting Hastings' Jack in the Green festival.
