The Sidra variety (an Ethiopian Landrace) is cultivated on 4 hectares at 1,515 masl. The coffee is hand-picked at peak ripeness, held in open tanks for 12 hours, de-pulped, washed, and dried on raised beds with controlled airflow. The farm is a community-oriented project supporting single mothers in the area.
