Mery Garcito is a new producer from Ecuador's La Papaya, Saraguro region. This coffee is of the Mejorado variety (a Bourbon cross with Ethiopian Landrace), grown at 1,900 masl. Processed using the washed method: hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated, de-pulped same day, dry-fermented for 32 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. Harvested December 2025.
