This exclusive coffee is produced through the traditional Kopi Luwak method, where civet cats selectively eat the ripest coffee cherries and the beans pass through their digestive system before being collected and processed. This process reduces bitterness, acidity and caffeine content. The coffee is full-bodied with low acidity and offers sweet, earthy and caramel flavour notes.
