BOA VISTA is a Brazilian microlot from Sitio Boa Vista, produced by Mateus in Sul de Minas, Nova Resende. This dry-processed (natural) Arabica of the Arara variety grows at 1100-1150 meters. It offers intense chocolate mousse flavor with fruit notes of apricot, grape and orange, sugar cane sweetness, integrated subtle acidity, creamy smooth mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Roasted medium and intended for espresso.
