Summary
BERCO AA is a single-origin filter coffee from Kenya, produced by Theo Mwangi and his son David Kamau Mwangi on the family farm in Nyeri, Central Kenya, at 1758 masl. The coffee is grown from SL-28 and SL-34 varieties, processed fully washed, hand picked and sun dried on raised beds. The cup is intense and complex, with notes of rhubarb, cherry, currant, pink grapefruit and hibiscus, a juicy soft body, lively acidity and pronounced sweetness. Cupping score 87.
