Summary
This coffee comes from Finca Terrazas del Pisque, a 38-hectare farm in Ecuador's Pichincha region, where 15 hectares are dedicated to coffee. The Java variety, which traces back to Ethiopian Heirloom, is processed using the washed method: cherries are depulped, fermented for 36 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for about 12 days. The cup profile features rosehip, pink grapefruit, and jazz apple. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
