A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Banko Gotiti cooperative in Yirgacheffe, grown by about 300 smallholder farmers at 1600-2300 meters above sea level. The coffee is a mix of heirloom Ethiopian varieties, processed at the Huke Washing Mill, and offers flavours of orange blossom, apricot, and honeydew melon. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
