Summary
A single-origin coffee from the Sehe washing station in the Cibitoke province of Burundi, founded by Salum Ramadhan. Grown at 1700m above sea level by around 1,500 smallholder farmers. Varieties include Red Bourbon and Jackson. Processed using the honey method, where cherries are de-pulped and dried with mucilage intact, resulting in a black honey style. Flavour notes of lollypop, strawberry, and orange. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
