Summary
A natural processed Bourbon coffee from Gaharo Hill in Muramvya Province, Burundi, produced by ~320 smallholder farmers and processed at the Bukeye Washing Station. The cherries are hand-sorted and dried slowly for 34 days, resulting in a balanced cup with notes of grape, lychee, and purple Hubba Bubba. Roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
