Summary
A washed Typica coffee from Finca La Colina in Ecuador, produced by Wilter Guillermo Lomas Lopez. Grown at 1370 meters above sea level under partial shade, the cherries are fully washed and fermented for 14 hours, then dried on raised beds. The cup is sweet and silky with candy-like flavours of shortbread, apple skin, and fig. Roasted omni for both espresso and filter brewing.
