Burundi Masha
Summary
A honey-processed coffee from the Masha washing station in Kayanza, Burundi, produced by around 2,000 smallholder farmers. Grown at 1,670m above sea level, this Red Bourbon variety offers a syrupy body with notes of stewed rhubarb, marmalade sweetness, and crisp chinotto-like acidity. The coffee is selectively hand-picked, wet-processed, and carefully monitored through fermentation and drying. Roasted as an omni roast, it is designed to brew well both as filter and espresso.
