This natural process coffee from the Gedeb district of Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone is grown at 2000 masl. Produced by the Mijane family at the Worka Sakaro washing station, it features heirloom varietals and a Grade 1 classification. The cup is delicate and complex with high fruity acidity, sweetness, and a tea-like clarity, offering flavors of raspberry, peach, and blueberry.
