Hadeso
Summary
A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Guji Hadeso washing station, produced by 500 smallholder farmers in the Guji Zone of the Oromia Region at 1850–2100 MASL. The lot combines JARC varieties and local landraces, selectively hand-harvested, pulped within 6–8 hours, fermented in tanks for 36–48 hours, washed in channels and dried on raised beds under parabolic shade for 5–7 days. Juicy and clean with balanced tangerine acidity and berry notes; tasting notes of cherry, strawberry, prune, maple syrup and chocolate.
