Rise & Grind Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster based in Paisley, Scotland, roasting in small weekly batches to keep things fresh. They work directly with growers across Central and South America, Africa, and Asia, sourcing green beans at peak ripeness. Their lineup covers single origins from Ethiopia (including a COE #4), Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, and Rwanda, alongside solid blends and an experimental Jasmine Fields lot. There's even a sugarcane decaf for something different. They offer a subscription for regular deliveries, run workshops and tasting experiences, and have their own coffee shop in Paisley.
