A single-origin microlot from Finca Chambaku, owned by producers Elmer and Juan Felipe Restrepo in Manizales, Caldas, Colombia. Grown at 1450-1600 masl, this Caturra variety coffee undergoes a natural yeast (Lactic-K) processing method involving anaerobic fermentation with a lactic acid bacteria and Water Kefir culture, followed by silo-greenhouse drying. Light roasted, it offers flavours of pineapple, pomegranate, Sauvignon Blanc, and banana with a deeply sweet and fruity profile.
