Colombia Supremo 17/18 Sugar Cane Decaf is a decaffeinated 100% Arabica coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1520-1650 metres above sea level. The Bourbon variety is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process, which uses natural ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane to remove at least 97% of caffeine. The cup is sweet and balanced with honey, caramel and apricot acidity. Full City roast, intended for espresso.
