The blend consists of 83% Castillo and 17% Colombia varieties, sourced from small farms (up to 5 hectares) with similar soil, climate, and processing protocols. Washed processed. Flavour notes include apple, grape, and gooseberry. Recommended as espresso with 18g dose, 42g yield in 26-28 seconds at 95°C.
