Grown at 1600-1700 meters above sea level on volcanic soil, this washed coffee features SL28 and SL34 varieties. The cup offers lively acidity with notes of blackberry jam, cranberries, and dried figs, known for its clarity and layered fruitiness. Processed at the Gakuyu-ini Factory using traditional washed processing with fermentation and raised bed drying.
