This coffee comes from the Nunes family farm Bom Jardim, located near Patrocínio, Brazil. The Nunes family, led by third-generation agronomist Gabriel Nunes, transitioned from commercial to specialty coffee production. The coffee is of the Yellow Catuai variety and processed using the Anaerobic Natural method. Tasting notes include chocolate, mango, and strawberry. The farm scored over 92 points and won 1st place in the 2017 Brazil Cup of Excellence. Proud Mary has been in direct relationship with the producer since 2017.
