Abana Estate Anderacha
Summary
Abana Estate is a family-owned farm founded by Peter Omran and managed by his sons Michael and Chris, located in Ethiopia. The name Abana means 'our fathers' in Arabic. This coffee comes from the Anderacha section of the farm, named after a river that borders the farm. It is a naturally processed lot with a 24-36 hour cherry rest period prior to drying, allowing controlled fermentation that intensifies fruit notes. Tasting notes include blackcurrant, plum, berry, and pineapple. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
