Cloud Gesha is a single origin coffee from Tolima, Colombia, produced by Milton Monroy at Finca San Cayetano. The coffee is of the Gesha variety and processed using a natural anaerobic fermentation method, with an 84-hour fermentation in tanks, extended drying on raised beds for 24-32 days, finished in a small silo, and stabilized for 45 days. This microlot was developed in collaboration with Milton Monroy, a several-time COE finalist, for a competition series.
