Ethiopia Gargari Gutity
Summary
A natural Ethiopian single origin from the Gargari Gutity washing station in Yirgacheffe, grown at 1950–2300 m from Ethiopia Heirloom varieties. Whole cherries dry steadily on raised beds in Yirgacheffe's dry, sunny harvest weather with warm days and cool nights, a climate that shapes the region's natural coffees. The cup is medium-bodied with medium acidity and notes of raspberry, chocolate, musk, pink candy and marshmallow.
