A micro blend of two lots from Colombia and Brazil, both processed naturally, one with anaerobic fermentation. From Inmaculada Coffee Farms in Huila, Colombia, and Santa Rita in Mantiqueira de Minas, Brazil. Varieties include Pink Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon. The cup is full-bodied and intense with strong notes of cocoa and dried fruit, complemented by the sweetness of dried fruits like plum and raisin. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
