Brooklyn
Summary
Brooklyn is a medium-roast blend of community-grown coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Honduras, produced by Yonatan and Julian Gonzales, Josué Morales, and the Paz Family. The washed-process blend combines Caturra, Castillo, Bourbon, Pacas, Catimor, and Catuaí varieties, resulting in a smooth, balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, toffee, and dried fruit. It is a versatile daily brew that works well as filter or espresso, and is equally enjoyable with or without milk.
