Bedford is a medium roast flagship espresso blend from Partners Coffee, combining coffees from Huila, Colombia and Guji, Ethiopia. Produced by Yonatan and Julian Gonzales and Tesfaye Bekele. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, Kurume, and Wolisho, processed washed. Tasting notes of marmalade, pomegranate, and brown sugar, with ripe stone fruits, citrus brightness, and a syrupy body.
