Red Gesha from Finca Jardines Del Eden in Pijao, Quindio, Colombia, produced by fourth-generation coffee grower Felipe Arcila. Grown at 1700-1900 MASL, this 100% Red Gesha varietal undergoes a Natural Extended Fermentation process with 24 hours aerobic fermentation followed by 50 hours anaerobic fermentation below 22°C, then dried on raised beds until 11% moisture content. Tasting notes include Red Nectarine, Watermelon, Oolong Tea, and Fondant with a rich, sweet fruit profile and lingering oolong tea finish.
