A washed Colombian coffee from producer Juan Guillermo Luna Gomez at Playon de Alajuela in Santa Bárbara, Antioquia, grown at 2,250 masl. The Yirgacheffe variety is an Ethiopian-derived heirloom imported through CATIE from Costa Rica. Light roasted with a clarity-focused washed process. The cup profile features delicate floral aromatics with notes of peach, lemon, chamomile, and green tea, with a silky tea-like body and bright, refined acidity. Scored 95 points by Coffee Review.
