Grown at 1700-1900 meters above sea level, these Castillo variety coffees are processed using the washed method and dried on raised tables. The blend offers tasting notes of Montmorency cherry, citrus, and milk chocolate, with a bright, sweet, and silky cup. Produced in partnership with Coffee for Peace, this coffee supports smallholder farmers and showcases the best of Cauca.
