Panther Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Miami, Florida and Traverse City, Michigan, with roots in Miami since 2010. They roast in small batches and work directly with producers, offering single-origin and signature blends. The lineup ranges from the classic 1927 blend—milk chocolate, toasted almond—to the Mejor Colombia with cherry and baking spices. Founded by Leticia and Joel Pollock (40+ years of combined experience), Panther grew from a single Wynwood café to multiple locations in Florida, New York, and Michigan. You can get their beans online, and they also run cafés. Sustainability matters to them: water tanks in Uganda, drying beds in Haiti, composted grounds in Miami.
