Single-origin coffee from Gesha Village Coffee Estate, Oma block, in southwest Ethiopia's West Omo Zone. Produced by Adam Overton and Rachel Samuel from the Gesha 1931 variety, grown at 1,931–2,040 masl. Washed process: cherries are pulped and fermented without water for 12 hours, then washed. Tasting notes include bergamot, loquat, white sage and yellow kiwi; an elegant floral cup with bright acidity and crystal-clear flavour definition.
