Summary
Single-origin specialty coffee from the Oma block of Gesha Village Coffee Estate in Southwest Ethiopia, produced by Adam Overton and Rachel Samuel. This lot is of the Gesha 1931 variety, processed using the honey method: freshly harvested cherries are pulped and dried on raised African beds under shade for 16 days. Tasting notes of red orange, tangerine, grapefruit, bergamot, and jasmine. The honey process preserves fruit mucilage, resulting in a complex and layered cup.
