A single-origin washed coffee from women-led collectives in Huila, Colombia, grown at elevations above 1,800 metres on the western slopes of the Colombian Andes. The lots are gathered through the Coocentral cooperative and supported by Volcafe's farmer programme. The cup profile features red apple, dates, and milk chocolate with a clean, precise washed process. Medium roast suitable for both filter and espresso.
