Summary
Ethiopia Sidamo is a 100% Arabica single-origin coffee from small farms in the Sidamo/Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 1800–2000 m above sea level. It is processed by the wet method and sun-dried. The cup offers citrus acidity, floral jasmine or citrus blossom aromas, chocolate/cocoa undertones, a creamy velvety body, and a long fruity aftertaste. The variety is Ethiopian Heirloom.
