A blend of specialty coffees from Brazil and Colombia, sourced from Boa Esperança and Sul de Minas in Brazil and Risaralda in Colombia, from the Cachoeira and Finca Milan farms. Varieties include Castillo and mixed local varieties. Processing is Natural and co-fermented. Flavour notes of chocolate, coconut and toffee, with low to medium acidity and a medium to full body. Packed in biodegradable, compostable capsules compatible with Nespresso machines.
