Cruzeiro Blend is a blend of 60% Brazil and 40% Uganda. The Brazilian component is a natural-process Topázio peaberry from Fazenda Santa Martha in Cerrado Mineiro, Araxá, at 1035m, contributing creamy, rich milk chocolatey body with a hint of roasted hazelnut. The Ugandan component is a natural-process coffee from the western highlands, featuring Nyasaland, SL14, and SL28 varieties, adding balanced lemon zest and layered biscuity mouthfeel. The blend is versatile and can be enjoyed across various brew methods from espresso to filter.
