Huila Women's Asprotimana
Summary
Huila Women's ASPROTIMANA is a single origin coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by ASPROTIMANA, a collective of 130 smallholder farmers focused on peace-building and sustainable farming. The coffee is cultivated from a mix of varieties including Tabi, Pink Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia, grown at altitudes of 1,590 to 1,750 meters. It undergoes a washed (wet process) processing method, resulting in a medium roast coffee with flavour notes of honeydew, floral, and whipped cream. Recommended for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
