A blend of Brazil Cerrado (Fazenda Rodomunho) and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Aramo washing station). Processed using the natural method. Varieties include Red Bourbon and Heirloom. Flavour profile features caramel, cream, peach jam and milk chocolate with a creamy body, high sweetness and low acidity. Recommended for espresso and milk-based drinks.
