A single-origin coffee from the Ramirez Estate in the Dominican Republic, produced by Eddy Ramirez. This red honey processed coffee undergoes an 18-hour fermentation before slow drying on open patios with some fruit remaining, imparting deep syrupy sweetness. It offers rich notes of caramel and ripe fruit. The coffee rests for eight weeks after milling to preserve acidity and sweetness. Grown at 1300 masl, this coffee received 92 points from Coffee Review in 2020, the highest score ever for a Dominican Republic coffee.
