Cold Brew - Blend

Summary

A cold brew blend from Novel Coffee Roasters, made from coffees on their single origin menu. The beans are rested in air-tight packaging after roasting to allow flavors to dissolve properly in cold water. The result is a sweet, vibrant, and flavorful cold brew, refreshing over ice, complex with milk and sugar, and strong enough for cocktails.
