Grown at 1,250-1,300 meters above sea level. It features a vibrant profile with notes of almond praline, cinnamon, and dates, with hints of 80% chocolate, cocoa powder, and caramel. It has a smooth body and balanced acidity. This is the fourth consecutive year working with Carlos Pola, now with 100% direct trade.
