Wilmer Galindez, Tabi
Summary
Wilmer Galindez produces this washed Tabi coffee from San Augustin, Colombia, grown at 1950 meters above sea level. The coffee offers a juicy and sweet profile with notes of kiwi, citrus, and caramel. When his family abandoned their debt-ridden farm, Wilmer stayed behind and managed to pay back almost the entire debt within three years. He then purchased an abandoned 3-hectare farm which he cleared entirely by himself, planting nearly 7000 coffee trees to establish his farm Napoles.
