Finca Floripondio
Summary
Finca Floripondio is a coffee from the Rodríguez family's farm (Fincas Los Rodríguez) in the Agua Rica area of the Samaipata region, Bolivia. Grown at the Agricafe varietal garden, it features Bourbon and Caturra varieties and is processed using the honey method. The unique climate with cool temperatures, rocky and clay soils, and large diurnal temperature variation results in slow cherry maturation. Tasting notes include peach puree, creamed honey, lively acidity, and a silky body. Light to medium roast.
