Peru, Reserva La Margarita, Geisha, Washed
Summary
A Geisha microlot from Reserva La Margarita, a 3.5 ha farm in the outskirts of Cusco's tropical forest, operated by the Solorzano family. Grown at 1900 masl, the coffee is washed with a double fermentation (16 and 36 hours) and dried on six-tier steel beds for 22 days. The cup is highly aromatic, elegant and fresh, with white flowers, lime, cocoa and vanilla notes and a silky body.
