Kenya Mbokam

Summary

Kenya Mbokam is a washed coffee from Embu County, Kenya, produced by Arthur and Josephine Mbogo on a 2.5-hectare farm. Grown from the SL28 variety at around 1,700 meters above sea level, the cherries are hand-picked, washed with water from the Kamavindi River, and dried on raised beds. The cup is bright and lifted with tropical acidity, featuring blackcurrant, lime zest, tangerine, honey and delicate florals.
