Summary
A specialty coffee from the Los Naranjos farm in the Ahuachapán region of El Salvador, processed using the dry (natural) method. The coffee is of the Pacamara variety, grown at the farm which cultivates multiple varieties including Bourbon, Geisha, Pacas and Catimor under shade trees using sustainable and regenerative agriculture principles. The coffee is processed at the Beneficio San Rafael mill at 1450 m altitude. Flavour notes include peach, honey and dried fruit. Available as brew bags (7x12g) for convenient filtered coffee preparation.
