Aire Puro is a Nicaraguan specialty coffee from the Finca Las Hortensias plantation in the Dipilto mountains of Nueva Segovia, produced by Ana and Martha Albir at 1200-1500m elevation. The Red Catuai variety undergoes Anaerobic Natural processing, creating an intense, fruity character with caramel sweetness. The flavour profile features gooseberry, rhubarb, caramel, and raisin notes with bright acidity, a balanced body, and a floral, wine-like finish. It holds an SCA score of 86.50 and is suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
