Sumatra Asman Gayo
Summary
A microlot from the Pegasing district near Takengon in Sumatra's Aceh region, processed at the Asman Gayo mill led by Cup of Excellence-winning producer Asman Arianto. This lot is dry-processed, grown on small plots averaging one hectare, with 80% female producers. The volcanic highlands and rainforest environment contribute to the coffee's characteristic earthy, slightly acidic, and spicy profile. Flavor notes include blueberry jam, dark chocolate, and raisin.
